If you read my ~ Workout Motivation… post you would know that the hubby and I have been working out for a while now, and have been eating clean as well. A huge part of eating clean is avoiding eating outside, but along with that, smoothies have become a part of our healthy lifestyle. Today in this post I am sharing some smoothies that are on repeat in our household. I found recipes online but have tweaked and renamed them based on how we prefer them. So here they are:
Berry Berry Delicious:
1 cup mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup fat free milk
Roof afza (2 tablespoons)
Ice
Blend all ingredients together using Magic Bullet or any regular mixer grinder – makes 2 8oz (250 ml) glasses.
Tropical Blast:
5 strawberries
1 banana
1 cup mango
¾ cup orange juice
Ice
Blend all ingredients together using Magic Bullet or any regular mixer grinder – makes 2 8oz (250 ml) glasses.
Greeking Healthy:
1 cup OJ
½ cup greek yogurt (vanilla flavor)
1 cup frozen mango
½ cup strawberries
1 banana
Ice
Blend all ingredients together using Magic Bullet or any regular mixer grinder – makes 2 8oz (250 ml) glasses.
Purple delight:
1 cup mixed berries
1 banana
1 orange
4-6 ozs greek yogurt (vanilla flavor)
Ice
Blend all ingredients together using Magic Bullet or any regular mixer grinder – makes 2 8oz (250 ml) glasses.

1/2 cup mixed berries
1 cup mangoes
1 cup fat free milk
Ice
Blend all ingredients together using Magic Bullet or any regular mixer grinder – makes 2 8oz (250 ml) glasses.
