I have been making this deliciousness since 2008 and have tweaked the recipe a bunch of times. The changes can be kind of base and sauce used, toppings and how much cheese you want to use, Iโll explain more below. But first on how to make them.
๐ ธ๐ ฝ๐ ถ๐๐ ด๐ ณ๐ ธ๐ ด๐ ฝ๐๐:
๐ Pizza Base (homemade, store bought – doesnโt matter – I use Mama Maryโs base), Mozzarella cheese, Sauce (Pizza sauce, Pasta sauce – doesnโt matter – I used Bertolliโs Marinara), toppings of your choice – I used Onions, Bell Pepper, Corn, Jalapeรฑos – can add olives, mushrooms etc. Basil + Oregano for seasoning or just Italian seasoning would do, along with red chilli flakes!! For the Paneer ensure they are soft (by soaking it in hot water beforehand) and cute into smaller bite sized cubes.

๐ Pre-heat oven to 425F
๐ Grease a baking tray with oil and place your pizza base on it, cut it before spreading the sauce, makes it easier to handle once loaded.
๐Spread sauce, not too much as it will make the pizza soggy. On top of that put some cheese and lay down your veggies. Spread out the paneer in a way that each bite gets some! Spread more cheese on top, then season it and itโs ready to go into the oven!!
๐ Bake it for 11-13 mins for a crispy pizza or 9-10 mins for that just done feel. Keep checking as each oven is different!
๐ Now take off the tray and cut along the already cut sections and ta-da!! Your paneer pizza is ready!

You can sautรฉ the toppings or use as is, you can line the base with cheese after the sauce or skip it and just add cheese on top to make it healthier. In all honesty, itโs a super forgiving recipe, hence the ease of making it!

Until next time, stay happy and satisfied!!
