~ Today’s post is thanks to Sabor Mexicano for sending these yummy chips in multiple flavors – hard to pick a favorite, honestly!!
I made ĹŐĂĎĔĎ ŃĂČĤŐŚ with 5 layer dip, queso loded with Guacamole and it was yummmy!!
➎ 🅛🅐🅨🅔🅡 🅓🅘🅟:
🌮 Refried beans
🌮 Sour Cream
🌮 Taco Seasoning
🌮 Salsa or pico de gallo
🌮 Shredded Mexican blend cheese
🥄 Mix sour cream with taco seasoning.
🥄 In a regular 9″ pie plate, layer: refried beans, taco spiced sour cream, salsa or pico de gallo. Top with shredded cheese.
🥄 Optional: Garnish dip with sliced olives and chopped cilantro.
😋 You can serve immediately or cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until serving. Serve this on top of crispy yummy tortilla chips or alongside – your choice really.
🌯 3 medium ripe avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
🌯 Juice of 1 lime
🌯 Salt to taste, 1/2 cup diced red onion, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 2 small roma tomatoes, diced
🌯 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional) Jalapeños or green chilies as per taste – diced
🥄 Chop Onions and tomatoes. Add green chilies/jalapeños and lemon/lime juice. Add salt and mix well with fork, mashing it a little, while mixing
🥄 Slice open the Avocados in half and scoop out flesh. Add Avocados, taste for salt adding more if desired and mix well. The key is for it be a little chunky, not smooth like a dip.
🥄 Serve fresh with chips and the drink of your choice!
Take a deep rectangular Pyrex dish and lay down the chips and top it with scoops of 5 layer dip and guacamole and drizzle queso on top! And ta-da!!! Enjoy your ĹŐĂĎĔĎ ŃĂČĤŐŚ 🤩🤩 Honestly though, you can choose any nacho chips for this!
